Description:

Oppizi is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to drive growth, activation, and retention through data-driven insights.
The company is a profitable offline performance marketing platform operating in over 10 countries, working with top brands like Uber and Deliveroo.
The Product Analyst will own daily tracking and insights, monitoring onboarding, adoption, and retention to act on real-time data.
Responsibilities include advancing and maintaining growth models, supporting PMs and Designers by measuring the impact of new features, and managing the PostHog analytics tool.
The role involves analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights and partnering with the marketing team to integrate customer acquisition data.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally in startups or scale-ups.
Proven expertise in analyzing growth, retention, activation, and monetization using tools like Amplitude, PostHog, or Pendo is required.
Hands-on experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and a strong understanding of PLG metrics is essential.
Advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills are necessary, along with experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Understanding of event tracking, excellent communication, and presentation skills are also required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus, along with certifications in growth/product analytics and familiarity with AI-powered data analysis tools.
