The platform integrates with various tech stacks (e.g., AWS, Azure AD, Jira) to automatically extract necessary data for compliance and create checklists.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will shape and build products for CTOs, COOs, and engineering teams of SMBs.
You will be part of a high-performance remote software startup and contribute to the company's growth trajectory.

Requirements:

You should have 4+ years of equivalent experience in backend or product engineering.
You must be comfortable with startup life ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities based on customer and market feedback.
You should be able to mentor other developers and conduct code reviews.
You need to balance speed and quality while building leverage through automation and good software design.
Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals in Java, along with experience in Spring Boot and Hibernate, are required.
Experience with relational database design, SQL optimization, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting is necessary.
You should have the ability to design and build scalable backend systems and experience owning features from idea to execution.
Previous experience with Golang and/or Typescript is a benefit, as is experience working in fully remote companies or early-stage startups.
