Description:

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities is essential.
  • The Senior Product Lead will oversee product backlog prioritization based on business value and customer needs.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and staying updated with product management trends and technologies is crucial.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 6+ years of direct product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping impactful consumer or business products.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management specifically for mobile apps is required.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to mentor other Product Owners are essential.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile development frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be a data-driven decision maker with experience in data analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA, Firebase, and Looker.
  • Experience coordinating multiple product roadmaps and managing different products and development teams is required.
  • The candidate should be capable of handling chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in an organized manner.
  • A willingness to learn and develop oneself, demonstrating a growth mindset, is expected.
