Requirements:

  • Must-have
    • Proven Product Management Experience: 3-4 years of end-to-end product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and ability to discuss technical details with Engineering.
    • Customer Focus: Ability to gather and act on feedback to drive product improvements.
    • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborative Team Player: Experience working in international teams and ability to advocate for ideas.
    • Coding/SQL Skills: Ability to code and write SQL to analyze data and understand user perspectives.
  • Nice-to-have
    • SaaS Experience: Background in BtoB SaaS industry, especially with enterprise products.
    • Workflow Automation Knowledge: Understanding of workflow automation and integration platforms.
    • Product-Led Growth Expertise: Experience in driving product-led growth strategies and identifying high-potential users.
    • Remote Work Experience: Familiarity with remote-first work environments and effective collaboration across time zones.
