Requirements:
Must-have
Proven Product Management Experience: 3-4 years of end-to-end product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and ability to discuss technical details with Engineering.
Customer Focus: Ability to gather and act on feedback to drive product improvements.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
Collaborative Team Player: Experience working in international teams and ability to advocate for ideas.
Coding/SQL Skills: Ability to code and write SQL to analyze data and understand user perspectives.
Nice-to-have
SaaS Experience: Background in BtoB SaaS industry, especially with enterprise products.
Workflow Automation Knowledge: Understanding of workflow automation and integration platforms.
Product-Led Growth Expertise: Experience in driving product-led growth strategies and identifying high-potential users.
Remote Work Experience: Familiarity with remote-first work environments and effective collaboration across time zones.
