Description:

The AI startup Xayn develops Noxtua, Europe’s first sovereign Legal AI, which assists lawyers in analyzing and drafting legal documents while ensuring legal compliance.
Noxtua is hosted in the EU and adheres to high standards of confidentiality and data protection.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will take end-to-end ownership of a cross-functional product team, managing the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritize delivering value to users.
The product team consists of 6-7 developers, a product owner, and a designer.
You will report to Ruth, the Chief Product Officer, who leads the product and design strategy for Noxtua and fosters a collaborative work environment.
Your responsibilities include managing the product backlog, translating user needs into product initiatives, and driving usability and adoption through user testing and feedback.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech environments.
Proven experience in launching and growing complex software products from the ground up is required.
A solid understanding of agile methodologies and enthusiasm for iterative product development is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to translate complex technical and legal concepts into intuitive product solutions.
You should be a strategic thinker with a user-centric mindset and a passion for creating great product experiences.
A Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

You will enjoy flexible working hours, with a full-time commitment of 32-40 hours per week.
The position offers 26 vacation days plus December 24th and 31st off.
You can work 100% remotely if you reside in Germany, with the possibility of remote work from other countries upon request.
