Description:
Serve as the primary contact for Singular's clients and partners, addressing and resolving issues or escalating them internally.
Conduct in-depth research, debugging, and resolution of client issues.
Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance and expand the product offering.
Advocate for customers within the product organization.
Develop expertise in mobile marketing and Singular's product suite.
Contribute significantly to the enhancement of customer support capabilities.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
Proficient in writing concise technical explanations in English.
Service-oriented individual with strong self-management and task prioritization skills.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment with high energy and decisiveness.
Ability to multitask efficiently with a high volume of tasks.
Responsible, independent, and self-motivated.
Team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
