Description:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Singular's clients and partners, addressing and resolving issues or escalating them internally.
  • Conduct in-depth research, debugging, and resolution of client issues.
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance and expand the product offering.
  • Advocate for customers within the product organization.
  • Develop expertise in mobile marketing and Singular's product suite.
  • Contribute significantly to the enhancement of customer support capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in writing concise technical explanations in English.
  • Service-oriented individual with strong self-management and task prioritization skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment with high energy and decisiveness.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently with a high volume of tasks.
  • Responsible, independent, and self-motivated.
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
