Remote Senior Project Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Project Engineer at Infogrid will be responsible for implementing data monitoring solutions and ensuring successful delivery of customer projects and orders.
• Responsibilities include monitoring data quality, troubleshooting IoT issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction through proper documentation, facilitating client hand-off to customer success, and building relationships with installers for national deployment coverage.
• The role involves managing metering and IoT deployments, collaborating with internal teams, overseeing system installations, troubleshooting portfolio issues, and developing innovative solutions for collecting real-time data in commercial real estate.
• The engineer will also onboard and educate contractors, scope sites for potential customers, support the sales team with technical requirements, and take ownership of larger projects.

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills are required for this position.
• Experience in budget management is necessary.
• Impeccable attention to detail is a must.
• An Engineering Degree and Project Management experience are essential.
• Industry experience in CRE, ESG, or MEP is a big plus.
