Description:

Oowlish is seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and multi-agent systems.
The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing backend services that power advanced AI and multi-agent platforms in Nowutalk.

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing robust, scalable backend services using Python is essential.
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines are required.
Experience with multi-agent systems, including frameworks like LangChain or similar, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies is a must.
Proficiency in developing secure and efficient RESTful APIs is required.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for scalable deployments is essential.
Knowledge of micro-services architecture and best practices for scalability and performance is a plus.
Experience with advanced data processing techniques for optimizing model inference is desirable.
Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment, is a nice-to-have.
Understanding of coordination protocols for multi-agent architectures is beneficial.
Prior experience working with high-performance AI-driven systems is advantageous.
