Remote Senior Python Developer

Description:

• As a Senior Python Developer at 10Clouds, you will join an intellectually stimulating environment, utilizing best software engineering practices and modern solutions.
• You will take the lead in challenging projects, with autonomy in selecting optimal tech solutions.
• The recruitment process consists of three stages: an HR Interview (30 min), a Technical Interview via Google Meet (90 min), and a Final Interview via Google Meet (60 min), with potential additional interviews with clients depending on the project.
• Your role includes architecting and implementing solutions, actively contributing code to projects, and collaborating with the team, client, and project manager to efficiently deliver projects.
• You will translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients.
• You will ensure good programming practices are followed and support the growth of other engineers through mentorship.
• Additionally, you will participate in internal initiatives such as performance reviews, technical recruitment, and estimation of pre-sale projects.

Requirements:

• You should have around 8+ years of experience with Python.
• A solid understanding of how computers and networks work is essential, including familiarity with metaclasses and descriptors.
• Experience in designing robust software systems is required.
• You should have worked on challenging or complex projects and be able to anticipate technical challenges.
• Comfort in communicating with clients and explaining complex technical details in layman’s terms is necessary.
• You must understand the broader impact of your work on the business and be willing to take responsibility for the entire project.
• Familiarity with the tech stack including Django, Django REST framework, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases, and AWS is expected.
• Proficiency in English is required, while Polish is a nice-to-have.
