Remote Senior Python Developer

Description:

• The Senior Python Developer position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python programming and the development of scalable backend services.
• The role involves proficiency in API development, REST API calls, SQL DB access, and familiarity with OAuth 2.0.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases is essential, with the ability to write optimized complex SQL queries.
• Experience or knowledge of microservice design principles is preferred.
• The candidate should be able to design and develop production-quality code with error handling, retries, and proper logging.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting code issues running in cloud platforms and taking ownership of developed code to support and troubleshoot any issues is required.
• Cloud platform knowledge is preferred, or the willingness to learn quickly.
• Additional skills in Node.js, Cloud GCP, AI/Machine Learning, or open API are considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Prometheus/Kibana and their REST API knowledge would be advantageous.
