The position is for a Senior Python Developer, offering a salary range of 15,600 - 26,900 PLN + VAT (B2B) or 13,000 - 22,400 PLN Gross (UoP) along with 20 paid days off.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Python, specifically in building web applications using frameworks like Django, Flask, or Fast API, and working with MongoDB.
Applicants should be able to efficiently handle databases and project bottlenecks.
Experience in building modern and secure APIs is required.
A deep understanding of modern HTML and CSS is necessary.
Candidates must be able to guide clients and teams away from poor decisions based on their experience and expertise.
A very good command of written and spoken English (B2+) is essential; Polish is not required.
Applicants should be able to quickly find solutions to issues, balancing client requirements with technical aspects.
The ability to lead a project independently is required.
Candidates should be ready to assist Project Managers with project management from a technical perspective.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework (Angular, Ember, or React), familiarity with tools like k8s, AWS, Terraform, Contentful, DataDog, and StatsD.
Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus.
A willingness to help and mentor other developers is appreciated.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Docker, as well as some DevOps skills (CI/CD, Ansible), is beneficial.
Open source contributions are a plus.
