Spreetail is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join their Software & Technology team, which is focused on building scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge software for ecommerce.
This position is fully remote and based in India.
The role involves building and maintaining relationships with technology partners and business stakeholders to create software data solutions that support intelligent automation software.
The developer will collaborate and mentor other engineers to continually improve software solutions.
Responsibilities include breaking down high-level requirements into buildable deliverables and increasing the quality of new and existing software systems.
The candidate should actively give and receive feedback to improve individual skillsets, designs, and code while maintaining a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality in designs and software are essential, with contributions expected across various projects and tooling.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of software design and development experience with an object-oriented programming language.
Experience in managing projects while leading 1-3 Software Engineers is required.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages or deep experience with one language is necessary.
Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including S3, Redshift, Kinesis, Glue, and CloudWatch is essential.
Candidates should have experience with load testing and end-to-end testing to ensure solution accuracy.
Proficiency in relational database design and access, as well as experience with non-relational databases, is required.
Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
Candidates should evaluate multiple software design and architectural patterns and collaborate across teams to ensure best practices.
Hands-on experience with Python, Ruby, R, AWS Database Design, JSON, HTML, CSS, and Web Scraping is required.
A suitable work-from-home setup is necessary, including specific hardware and internet requirements.
