• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and contributing ideas for process improvements is expected.

Requirements:

• You must have strong experience with Python and a deep understanding of web frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
• It is good to have experience with Ruby on Rails and ASP.NET.
• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend programming is required.
• You should have experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM frameworks is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and Azure is expected.
• A strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) is required.
• You must be proficient in source control management (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot complex systems are essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment are required.
