Description:

Join a team of 750+ employees in 20+ countries as a Senior Python Engineer in Ukraine or remotely across the EU.
Work at the intersection of machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and high-quality software development.
Take projects from proof-of-concept to production by writing robust, scalable, and clean Python code.
Design and implement end-to-end solutions, from prototype to production deployment.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, and Analysts across the organization.
Ensure production-grade quality in every deliverable, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
Build and optimize solutions leveraging LLMs, machine learning, and Vector DBs.
Set up and manage infrastructure on Azure and AWS, including private endpoints and VPN integrations.
Contribute to DevOps workflows to streamline CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.

Requirements:

You must have 10+ years of total experience in software development with significant expertise in Python.
A good knowledge of DevOps practices is required.
Solid experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS is essential.
Familiarity with LLMs and ML workflows in production environments is necessary.
Experience with Vector DBs and secure network integrations, including VPNs and private endpoints, is required.
Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving are essential.
Banking or finance experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
