Description:

  • The Senior React Developer will be responsible for working on the Smartly Payroll System, a SaaS Online Payroll Product serving over 20,000 clients.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in both front and backend development, possess problem-solving skills, and be proficient in designing and writing clean code.
  • The role includes mentoring other developers and leading them in React development.
  • The candidate should have a deep understanding of JavaScript and React, as well as experience in software configuration management using tools like Git.
  • Additionally, the role requires the ability to implement complex features, unit tests, fix bugs, and provide guidance on best practices and design patterns.
  • Good communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in virtual teams, strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to handling issues are essential for this position.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working on IT projects through multiple phases of the SDLC.
  • At least 3 years of React development experience.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript and React.
  • Proficiency in developing and mentoring in React.
  • Knowledge of software configuration management using tools like Git.
  • Experience in reshaping business processes across various industries to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to implement complex features, unit tests, and fix bugs.
  • Capability to lead junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in virtual teams.
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
