Mindera is seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join their world-class team in Porto, Portugal.
The role involves building fluid and responsive user interfaces for multiple platforms and devices using React Native.
The developer will work in a high-performing, self-motivated product development team and collaborate with full-stack developers on various layers of the product infrastructure.
The position requires an active team player who is committed to writing good code and solving complex problems to create seamless user interactions.
Requirements:
The candidate must work directly with clients to ensure the technical feasibility of requirements.
They should create fluid visual interactions and implement mobile user experience patterns.
The role requires being self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision towards team or company goals.
Writing testable code and maintaining agreed test coverage is essential.
The candidate must document their code and take ownership of it from development to deployment and maintenance.
Mentoring junior engineers and diagnosing production issues are also required.
The candidate should have experience in architecting enterprise-grade mobile cross-platform applications using React Native.
Proficiency in programming languages such as React Native, React, JavaScript, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, C++, and C is necessary, along with knowledge of Coroutines.
Familiarity with Software Architecture (MVP and MVVM) and Jetpack Compose is required.
The candidate should possess Android platform-specific knowledge and be experienced with development and testing frameworks.
Experience in building service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and data structures is important.
The candidate should be skilled in test-driven development and continuous delivery.
An agile mindset and familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban are essential.
The candidate must have experience in developing and maintaining iOS/Android applications from requirements to the App Store.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest and Mocha, as well as software design patterns and data structures, is required.
