SmartCrowd is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to lead the development of their mobile investment platform.
The role involves owning the React Native mobile app from architecture to deployment on both iOS and Android.
Responsibilities include building seamless investment flows, interactive dashboards, and a mobile-first investor journey.
The engineer will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-friendly features.
Continuous improvement of app performance, stability, and maintainability is expected, including monitoring and crash reporting.
The position requires leading efforts around CI/CD, app store deployments, and quality assurance automation.
Best practices such as feature toggling, trunk-based development, and infrastructure as code will be championed.
The engineer is encouraged to bring new ideas for tech improvements, UX enhancements, and product suggestions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in professional software development, with at least 2+ years in React Native.
A strong knowledge of both iOS and Android ecosystems is required, with experience in building and shipping apps on both platforms.
Candidates should be confident with the entire mobile lifecycle, including development, debugging, testing, and app store deployment.
A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous data flows, and app state management is necessary.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices is expected.
Bonus points for experience with React on Web, white-label architectures, and multi-language/multi-region apps.
Candidates should thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities and be passionate about clean code and scalability.
Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration across teams and explaining technical ideas clearly.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a professional working level is required.
