Nivoda is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to join their team in Madrid, Spain.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and engineers to architect, develop, and launch innovative products in the online jewelry industry.
The engineer will drive the expansion of Nivoda's category offerings on their hybrid mobile app.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer requirements, designing and maintaining high-performance features, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
The engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide support to internal teams and customers.
The position requires providing technical leadership and mentorship to developers while staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience as a Senior Developer with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React Native, Expo, and a deep understanding of their ecosystems and best practices is required.
Experience with TypeScript and state management libraries like Zustand or Redux is necessary.
Strong knowledge of integrating third-party libraries and APIs, as well as working with database schemas and queries, is essential.
Familiarity with build tools like EAS, and native tools like XCode and Android Studio (Gradle) is required.
Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Cypress is necessary.
A basic understanding of GraphQL APIs, micro-frontend & microservices architecture, and distributed systems is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
Experience with native mobile application development and AWS Cloud Platform is a bonus.
Some level of team-handling experience is preferred.
A B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology is required.
