The position is for a Senior React Web Developer who will lead the development of web applications that drive measurable business impact.
The role involves collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders, taking projects from concept to launch.
Responsibilities include leading the development of scalable, responsive, and accessible web applications using React.js, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, and architecting front-end applications with a focus on maintainability, performance, and security.
The developer will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, enforce coding standards, conduct peer code reviews, and implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
The position requires collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals and staying current with emerging front-end technologies.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade React.js applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel) is required.
Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL is necessary.
Candidates should be fluent with front-end state management patterns and libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
A strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards and cross-browser compatibility is essential.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments is required.
Strong Git version control skills and experience with CI/CD practices are necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Candidates must be proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working directly with U.S.-based clients.
Eligibility to work in the United States and being located within U.S. time zones is required.
Nice to have skills include experience with TypeScript, familiarity with component libraries, experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA), exposure to backend services, and familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
