We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge front-end solutions.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
The developer will write clean, modular, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility is a key responsibility.
You will implement and maintain Tailwind CSS for consistent and efficient styling across the application.
Mentoring and guiding junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews, is expected.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and incorporating them into the development process is essential.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth application performance is part of the job.
Participation in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, is required.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in building server-side rendered (SSR) and static web applications using Next.js is required.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building type-safe and scalable React applications is necessary.
A deep understanding of React.js, including hooks, context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is essential.
Expertise in using Tailwind CSS for utility-first, responsive, and maintainable styling is required.
Solid experience in modern front-end development practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization is necessary.
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for integrating front-end applications with backend services is preferred.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes is beneficial.
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices is preferred.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is required.
A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js, is necessary.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready web applications is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
