Description:

Fliff is seeking a talented Senior ReactJS Engineer to join their growing Social Sportsbook team.
The role involves developing and maintaining responsive web applications using ReactJS for both mobile and desktop platforms.
Responsibilities include collaborating with backend, DevOps, and designers to implement new features and optimize the live product.
The engineer will support the live platform by identifying and resolving real-time performance issues.
The position requires designing scalable solutions with a focus on responsive UIs using pure CSS/SCSS.
Mentoring junior engineers and providing code reviews to maintain high standards is also part of the role.
The engineer will leverage Redux, React-Redux bindings, and middleware (Thunk/Saga) for state management.
Implementing RESTful APIs using axios and fetch, with optional GraphQL integration via Apollo client, is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building modern web applications, with strong expertise in ReactJS and React Hooks.
Advanced TypeScript skills, including utility types, generics, and infer keyword usage, are required.
A solid understanding of Redux mechanics, React-Redux bindings, and internal hooks is necessary.
Strong CSS/SCSS knowledge is essential, with the ability to build reusable, responsive UIs without external libraries.
Knowledge of WebSockets (native and socket.io) to handle real-time data is required.
Experience with RESTful APIs, axios, and fetch is necessary, with optional GraphQL and Apollo Client experience.
Familiarity with React Router for dynamic imports, lazy loading, and code splitting is expected.
Candidates should be comfortable with UI tools like Figma, React DevTools, Chrome debugger, and testing tools such as Jest and Cypress.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle real-time challenges and evolving project requirements are essential.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
