Description:
Lead the design and architecture of wireless networks, ensuring scalability, redundancy, and optimal performance.
Configure and manage routing and switching of RF transport technologies for large-scale networks.
Design and oversee RF solutions, optimize resource utilization, and simplify network management.
Serve as the escalation point for RF network issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.
Continuously monitor and optimize RF network performance, capacity, and scalability.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select networking equipment and technologies that align with customer objectives.
Requirements:
Must have a DoD SECRET clearance.
Must have a DoD 8570.01-M, IAT level 2 certification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
8+ years of hands-on experience as a network engineer, with a strong emphasis on cloud networking.
Expert-level knowledge of routing and switching.
Proficiency in designing and deploying Enterprise 4G/5G solutions.
Experience designing and deploying wireless communications solutions.
In-depth understanding of network security principles and practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
