Description:
Design and architect robotic systems, defining requirements, subsystems, and interfaces to meet project objectives.
Develop and integrate robotic hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, ensuring compatibility and performance.
Develop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and control.
Develop autonomous capabilities for robotic systems, including perception, navigation, and decision-making algorithms.
Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
Ensure robotic systems comply with safety standards and regulations, implementing safety features and protocols to mitigate risks.
Create technical documentation, including design specifications, system manuals, and test reports, to support development and deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end robotic solutions that meet customer requirements.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in robotics research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance robotic solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in robotics engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying robotic systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks and libraries.
Strong understanding of robotic hardware components and subsystems, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Experience with robotic perception, navigation, and manipulation algorithms, such as SLAM, path planning, and motion control.
Familiarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS (Robot Operating System) and Gazebo.
Experience with CAD software for mechanical design and 3D modeling, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex robotics challenges.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
