Netguru is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to help entrepreneurs and innovators create beautiful software.

Monthly salary ranges are as follows: B2B: 15,600 - 26,900 PLN + VAT and UoP: 13,000 - 22,400 PLN (gross).

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and advanced knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails development.
Confidence in AWS is required for the travel booking project.
Previous experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Buildkite), Docker, and Bash scripting is necessary.
Solid basics of JavaScript, including Ember.js, are required.
Knowledge of REST API is essential.
Candidates should have experience working closely with clients and maintaining positive relationships.
Strong multitasking skills are required.
A high sense of responsibility and accountability for work is expected.
Experience in writing documentation is necessary.
Proficiency in English (C1 level), both spoken and written, is required.
Candidates must be able to work cross-functionally with distributed teams, including those in the CET timezone.
Bonus points will be given for knowledge of AWS Fargate, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, SQS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, React basics, databases (DBA), Docker, logging pipelines (ELK, SumoLogic, Splunk), and CDN (e.g., Fastly).
