Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience with Ruby on Rails for at least 3 years.
A strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks is required, with React or Vue.js being a plus.
Experience with version control systems like Git is necessary.
Familiarity with continuous deployment tools such as Heroku, AWS, or Docker is a plus.
The ability to work in a team and adapt to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Nice to have: Knowledge of DevOps and production deployment, as well as experience with integrating RESTful APIs.
