The role involves leading initiatives to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining multiple applications using Ruby, analyzing current systems for security, reliability, and performance improvements, and collaborating with product and architecture teams to gather requirements.
The developer will contribute to the technical strategy of engineering and ensure high-quality code through testing and code reviews.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in Software Development, with a focus on Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration.
Proficiency in Ruby programming language and Ruby frameworks such as Rails or Sinatra is required.
Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies is essential.
A strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology is necessary.

Good verbal and written English skills are required.
