Description:

  • The company is looking for a Senior Ruby/Rails Engineer in Argentina who is passionate about the development process and enjoys working directly with clients.
  • The role involves designing, building, and maintaining partner-facing solutions that adhere to specific engineering principles, such as ensuring data protection and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Responsibilities include contributing to team growth through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship, as well as supporting the Partnerships program and enhancing the Partner integration experience through developer tooling and documentation.

Requirements:

  • This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, full-time, and not permanent.
  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an upper intermediate oral proficiency as a minimum.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, partner engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles is required.
  • Experience in designing and building API-driven applications and endpoints is essential.
  • Strong design and architecture skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation, is required.
  • Proficiency in Ruby/Rails and React is mandatory.
  • Experience with MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, and similar technologies is also required.
