Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience writing production-grade Rust applications.
A strong background in systems architecture and design patterns for scalable, resilient applications is necessary.
Deep knowledge of distributed system architectures, including microservices, data consistency models, and messaging systems like Apache Kafka or MQTT is required.
A strong understanding of low-level networking protocols, threading, asynchronous programming, and Rust concurrency models is essential.
