Remote Senior Rust Engineer

Description:

• We are seeking a Senior Rust Engineer who is comfortable with complex systems and unfamiliar domains.
• The ideal candidate will design and improve complex mechanism/incentives designs in decentralized finance.
• Responsibilities include systems programming in various languages, quantitative modeling/development, and building innovative crypto products for both DeFi power users and newcomers.
• A deep understanding of decentralized finance primitives such as CLMM swaps, borrow/lend, CDP stablecoins, delta-neutral stablecoins, and tokenized RWAs is essential.
• The candidate should possess a good sense of mechanism designs and an eye for polish.
• A product-minded individual is preferred, someone who understands not only how to build products but also how to build for the customer.
• The role requires maintaining a high standard of security, correctness, and thoughtfulness in code development.
• The engineer will produce high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code with comprehensive documentation.
• Proficiency in either Rust or C++ and Python is required.
• Experience as a front-office quant/developer in trading or a DeFi equivalent, preferably on Solana, is necessary.
