The role involves completing the architecture and development of internal Rust/smart contract projects according to product requirements, collaborating with product, testing, and DevOps teams to ensure secure and stable project deployment.
The engineer will drive the establishment of security and best practice standards for internal Rust/contract projects and mentor other engineers to enhance team capabilities.
The position requires staying updated on industry trends and integrating technological innovations and security practices into the team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing large projects using Rust.
At least 2 years of experience in Solidity contract project development, with a strong understanding of common contract vulnerabilities and best practice standards.
Proficiency in Bitcoin and Ethereum protocols, with familiarity in other popular blockchain protocols such as Solana and Ton.
Experience with popular DeFi protocols is required.
Excellent team communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a strong passion for the blockchain industry and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
