Remote Senior Sales Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Sales Engineer at Arquivei is responsible for knowing, analyzing, and making corrections in the integration systems with market ERPs (SAP, ORACLE, TOTV'S) with a focus on commitment, agility, and results.
• Acting as a consultative link between the Customer Success, Sales, and Technology teams, providing support and guidance to clients.
• Handling internal BackOffice incidents by clarifying doubts, guiding, and directing needs to the development and technology teams clearly and objectively.
• Supporting in designing and leading projects for each case to create valuable customer experiences.
• Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer problems.
• Performing data analysis, diagnosing processes, supporting strategic project design, and project implementation.
• Monitoring deadlines and deliveries.
• Required experience includes ERP integrations (SAP, ORACLE, TOTVS, among others), proficiency in using HubSpot, knowledge of process optimization and mapping, and quick learning ability.
