Description:

  • The Senior Sales Engineer will drive technical pre-sales processes and ensure successful proof of concepts (POCs) to convert leads into satisfied customers.
  • Responsibilities include conducting technical calls and demos, creating and managing POCs, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams for process improvement.
  • The position is part of a small sales team and involves working closely with Account Executives and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Must have over 6 years of Sales Engineering experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Commercial acumen to creatively address client needs with technical solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, particularly within IT Ops and SecOps.
  • Technical proficiency in low-code platforms, workflow automation, API integrations, Typescript, Node.JS, and Docker deployment.
  • Nice-to-have qualifications include an advanced technical background, startup experience, community engagement, product knowledge, and a data-driven mindset.
