Description:

  • As a Senior Sales Engineer at Cognigy, you will collaborate with the sales team to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals within the sales cycle.
  • Your role will involve participating in discovery calls, technical deep dives, and delivering powerful presentations and customized product demonstrations.
  • You will design and recommend solutions tailored to meet customer-specific needs and business requirements, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of Cognigy.
  • Analyzing customer requirements, understanding pain points, and providing recommendations on how Cognigy can address these needs will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will stay updated on the competitive landscape, perform technical comparisons with other conversational AI products, and provide internal training to other teams across the company.

Requirements:

  • Consulting & Sales Engineering Expertise: Previous experience in roles like consultant, sales engineer, or presales to provide insightful demonstrations.
  • Enterprise Software Proficiency: Background in enterprise software, particularly with contact center or automation technologies.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript programming/scripting; knowledge of Java, Python, or similar languages is a plus.
  • Low Code & Conversational AI Experience: Familiarity with low code platforms and conversational AI is highly desirable.
  • Presentation Prowess: Confident and engaging presenter capable of captivating the audience.
  • Creative & Design Skills: Experience with video editing, Photoshop, or similar tools is an asset.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Comfortable speaking about and dealing with technology, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cognigy, conversational AI technologies, NLU/NLP, and related software technologies.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to effectively communicate complex technology in an easy-to-understand manner, build rapport with customers, and showcase Cognigy’s capabilities.
