Description:
Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and integrate smoothly with existing systems.
Oversee the lifecycle of Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, including detailed planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these into functional and technical specifications.
Assess business processes and system integration challenges, and develop architectural solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to enhance business efficiency and performance.
Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and trends, incorporating best practices and technologies to maintain and enhance the platform’s effectiveness.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex, integrated solutions.
Comfortable working with complex declarative automation including flows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in a marketplace business is a plus.
