Remote Senior Salesforce Administrator (Contractor)

Description:

• The Senior Salesforce Administrator position at Treatwell involves leading the Salesforce team and overseeing the development, strategy, and execution of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
• Responsibilities include designing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals, managing project timelines, and enhancing team capabilities.
• The role also involves overseeing the lifecycle of Salesforce projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, assessing business processes, and staying updated on new Salesforce features and trends.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex, integrated solutions.
• Comfortable working with complex declarative automation including flows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in a marketplace business is a plus.
