The position is for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities include implementing custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations to enhance system performance and automation.
The developer will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring best practices in CI/CD, security, and data management.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development on the Force.com platform.
A Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II certifications are also required.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) is necessary.
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, and Triggers is required.
A strong background in full-stack development, including frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Angular) and backend (Java, .NET, Node.js) technologies is essential.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, Heroku, or middleware tools is needed.
Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub/GitLab), and automated deployments is required.
Familiarity with data management, ETL tools (Informatica, dbt), and reporting (Tableau, Einstein Analytics) is important.
A strong understanding of Salesforce security, RBAC, and compliance best practices is necessary.
Candidates must have the ability to troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams are required.
