Description:

  • Truelogic is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to lead the design and implementation of a reliable data synchronization solution between Salesforce and Freshworks CRM.
  • The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce integrations, API development, and real-time data exchange methodologies.
  • The candidate will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless, secure, and accurate data flow across platforms, supporting critical business processes and decision-making.
  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying a bi-directional data synchronization solution, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or custom scripts for data exchange.
  • The developer will map and maintain data consistency between Salesforce objects and corresponding Freshworks CRM entities.
  • The role involves implementing robust error handling, logging, and data reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • The candidate will optimize integration performance for large data volumes with minimal latency and collaborate with stakeholders to define synchronization rules and data filters.
  • Compliance with Salesforce governor limits and best practices for scalable, secure implementations is essential.
  • The developer will create and maintain detailed technical documentation and provide post-deployment support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement of the sync solution.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Demonstrated success in CRM integrations, ideally with Freshworks CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms is required.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and webhook configurations is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation, deduplication, and conflict resolution techniques is essential.
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce automation tools, including triggers, batch Apex, and scheduled jobs is required.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines within Salesforce DevOps environments is important.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and proactively are essential.
