Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, understanding of security models, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Experience with Agile software development, enterprise-class software release, and SaaS-based product life cycles.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented mindset, and familiarity with Bug Tracking tools like JIRA.
