Description:
The Senior Security Analyst (IAM) will ensure the security of Unico's environments by managing identity and access effectively.
Responsibilities include leading the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.
The analyst will manage request queues and ensure access management demands are met within agreed SLAs, identifying and mitigating potential gaps and risks.
They will execute and manage access review campaigns to ensure compliance and security in permissions.
The role involves creating, updating, and maintaining team process documentation to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
The analyst will define and apply automated controls for granting and revoking access, enhancing operational efficiency and security.
They will define roles/groups to optimize access management aligned with business and security needs.
The position requires creating, maintaining, and updating access matrices to ensure access is appropriate for job functions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in implementing, managing, and operating IGA tools.
A solid understanding of security controls and best practices in IAM, including Identity Lifecycle, Authentication, Granting, Revocation, Review, and Privileged Users is required.
Experience in handling IAM requests in dynamic, high-demand environments is necessary.
Familiarity with system integration for SSO, specifically with OpenID and SAML, is essential.
Experience with cloud projects, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is required.
Practical experience in handling CloudIAM requests, preferably in GCP, is needed.
Candidates should possess skills in creating and operationalizing access matrices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative and proactive profile, are essential.
