Infotek is seeking an experienced Senior Security Consultant to lead clients in achieving Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) readiness.
The consultant will support the internal security team in maintaining and enhancing the company's FEDRAMP (M) Ready status.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and practices.
Responsibilities include conducting pre-assessment evaluations and developing advanced strategies for security enhancements.
The role involves engineering security solutions, creating comprehensive documentation, and providing high-level guidance to clients and internal teams.
The position requires a CyberAB Registered Professional (RP) certification, CISSP, CISM, or CASP Certification, along with a robust understanding of CMMC, NIST, and other compliance frameworks.

Requirements:

The candidate must have expert knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, WANs, LANs, and protocols such as DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP(S), SSH, 802.11, and 802.1x.
Proficiency with encryption standards (FIPS), syslog management solutions, and advanced security tools is required.
Extensive experience in IT audits, network security practices, and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012, is necessary.
A strong background in Microsoft Windows environments, including systems commands and utilities, is essential.
The candidate should have a minimum of seven (7) years in a dedicated information security role and at least ten (10) years of experience in information technology or related fields.
A proven track record in leading cybersecurity initiatives, including compliance and risk management projects, is required.
The candidate must possess a CyberAB Registered Professional (RP) certification and either a CISSP, CISM, or CASP certification.
An advanced understanding of the CMMC framework, cybersecurity risk analysis, and remediation strategies is necessary.
Experience with compliance tools like eMASS and Risk Management Framework tools is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are required to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize complex projects effectively are essential.
