Description:
Webflow is seeking a Senior Security DevOps Engineer to join their Security and Compliance team.
This position is remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada.
The role is full-time, permanent, and exempt.
The cash compensation is based on geographic market zones, with specific salary ranges for the U.S. and Canada.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the infrastructure engineering team to secure AWS deployments, championing security standards, supporting security frameworks like SOC2, and cross-training other security engineers.
Employees are encouraged to pursue passion projects, dedicating 4 hours a week to interests outside of their role.
Requirements:
Candidates must have expertise in evaluating AWS deployments to improve security design and reduce risk.
A strong ability to share knowledge and explain complex security concepts is essential.
A solid understanding of DevOps and Operations tools and procedures is required.
Experience in supporting incident response and vulnerability management teams is necessary.
Candidates should have experience securing and hardening Linux hosts.
Experience with securing Kubernetes and container deployments is also required.
A passion for security and a desire to continuously learn are important traits for candidates.
