Description:

  • Webflow is seeking a Senior Security DevOps Engineer to join their Security and Compliance team.
  • This position is remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada.
  • The role is full-time, permanent, and exempt.
  • The cash compensation is based on geographic market zones, with specific salary ranges for the U.S. and Canada.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with the infrastructure engineering team to secure AWS deployments, championing security standards, supporting security frameworks like SOC2, and cross-training other security engineers.
  • Employees are encouraged to pursue passion projects, dedicating 4 hours a week to interests outside of their role.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have expertise in evaluating AWS deployments to improve security design and reduce risk.
  • A strong ability to share knowledge and explain complex security concepts is essential.
  • A solid understanding of DevOps and Operations tools and procedures is required.
  • Experience in supporting incident response and vulnerability management teams is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience securing and hardening Linux hosts.
  • Experience with securing Kubernetes and container deployments is also required.
  • A passion for security and a desire to continuously learn are important traits for candidates.
