Description:

As a Senior Security (DevSecOps) Engineer I for Product Security at Aledade, you will play a central role in helping secure our enterprise, cloud native environments, applications, and data.
You will work with various engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure our cloud environments are secure and scalable.
The role requires understanding that cloud, data, and automation are important ingredients to our mission and knowing how to actively employ these ingredients at scale.
You will be expected to partner cross-functionally across various teams, driving impactful outcomes and further securing our digital landscape.
Primary duties include working cross-functionally to design, build, and operate solutions that improve and mature our security capabilities.
You will leverage data to understand trends, metrics, and opportunities to improve our security posture, researching options, and making recommendations to secure those opportunities with stakeholders.
You will lead and enhance incident/issue response efforts, spearheading analysis, containment, and mitigation strategies in a cross-functional environment to ensure effective resolution and remediation of security incidents/issues.
You will help craft and refine security documentation pertinent to our Security Program, such as policies, standards, baselines, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

A BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required, or 6 years of domain experience without a degree.
A minimum of 4+ years combined experience in an enterprise environment (preferably cloud) in the relevant domain(s) is required.
At least 3+ years of experience working in operations and/or supporting incident response is necessary.
You must have 2+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting, solving for short-term and long-term business value.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers is required.
