Remote Senior Security Engineer

• The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of current cyber threats and practical experience with security technologies and practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Cyber Security or Senior Security Engineer roles.
• Strong understanding of networks, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, routing and switching, DNS, and network monitoring.
• Experience with Cloud Security technologies or tools, preferably in AWS.
• Thorough understanding of web application architecture and concepts, including the OWASP Top 10.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of NIST, MITRE, or OWASP and frameworks such as ISO27001.
• Experience with SIEM Platforms.
• Experience with web application firewalls deployed in a cloud environment.
• Experience with infrastructure automation using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and Carbon Black.
• Experience with Okta/DUO and configuring SAML/SSO.
