Description:
The Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of systems and data.
Design and implement security measures to meet standards required by SOC 2 Type II, CCPA, GDPR, and other relevant security measures.
Manage security solutions on Azure cloud infrastructure for high volume traffic scenarios.
Conduct penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in software and infrastructure.
Oversee application security testing to proactively identify security flaws.
Implement security best practices within .NET development teams.
Lead responses to security breaches and incidents, including analysis and strategy development.
Manage security questionnaires from prospects and partners.
Update and maintain security policies to adapt to evolving threats and regulatory changes.
Maintain the trust portal to represent current security and compliance status.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security measures into infrastructure.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
6+ years of experience in a security engineering role, with expertise in high-traffic environments and fintech.
Required certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
Track record of maintaining and enhancing security policies and trust portals.
Experience in growth-stage companies adapting security measures to scale with business needs.
Technical skills: Microsoft Azure, compliance requirements (SOC 2 Type II, CCPA, GDPR), penetration testing, DAST/SAST, secure coding practices.
