Remote Senior Security Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Security Engineer at ICEYE will focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance security measures.
• The role involves overhauling existing practices and developing robust solutions for securing a modern and rapidly evolving work environment.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with platform and development teams to assess and enhance security posture, conducting threat analysis, and performing vulnerability assessments.
• The Senior Security Engineer will design and implement access control models, manage IAM operations, and enforce the principle of least privilege for cloud infrastructure and services.
• The role requires expertise in IAM, securing API endpoints, implementing Zero Trust principles, identity provider setup and management, DevSecOps, automation skills, and managing public key infrastructure (PKI) systems.
• Additional beneficial skills include experience with OAuth2.0, OIDC, SCIM protocols, AWS security services, identity management platforms like Auth0, Okta, or FusionAuth, Istio, Spire/SPIFFE, OPA, Kubernetes, and HashiCorp Vault.

Requirements:

• Solid expertise with IAM.
• Proficiency in securing API endpoints and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust principles.
• Knowledge of identity provider setup and management.
• Expertise in DevSecOps, automation skills, and managing PKI systems.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with OAuth2.0, OIDC, SCIM protocols.
• Experience with AWS security services, identity management platforms, Istio, Spire/SPIFFE, OPA, Kubernetes, and HashiCorp Vault.
