  • The Senior Application Security Engineer will serve as a technical subject matter expert in application and product security.
  • Responsibilities include performing design reviews, technical security assessments, and code reviews to identify risks and enhance product security.
  • The role requires a deep understanding of products and systems to ensure security is integrated into development projects.
  • Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including business end users and technical teams, is essential.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have experience in the application security domain with a focus on identity.
  • Essential skills include developing and implementing advanced security techniques aligned with the company's technical architecture.
  • The candidate should perform regular security testing and code reviews to enhance software security.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues promptly is required.
  • Maintaining technical documentation related to software security is necessary.
  • The candidate must provide engineering solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities in new software initiatives.
  • Ensuring software security at all levels of architecture is a key responsibility.
  • Continuous alignment with the latest tools and advanced industry practices for software security is expected.
  • Industry certifications such as OSCP, CCSP, SSCP, or CISSP are essential.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Security, or a related field, along with 10+ years of related industry experience, is desirable.
  • Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills and project/program management experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
