Description:

As a Senior Security Engineer II for Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Aledade, you will enhance the security posture of our enterprise, cloud-native environments, and applications.
You will design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions, managing authentication, authorization, and provisioning across diverse platforms.
The role involves collaborating closely with various teams to ensure alignment between IAM solutions and organizational security requirements.
You will work cross-functionally to design, build, and operate solutions that continuously improve and automate security capabilities.
Leveraging data to understand trends, metrics, and opportunities to improve security posture will be a key responsibility.
You will lead and enhance incident response efforts, ensuring effective resolution and remediation of security incidents.
Crafting and refining security documentation pertinent to the Security Program, such as policies and standard operating procedures, will be part of your duties.
Mentoring and coaching junior engineers or analysts is also expected.

Requirements:

A BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required, or 8 years of security domain experience without a degree.
You must have 6+ years of experience in software or security engineering within Cloud Native environments.
A minimum of 4 years of experience working with large datasets to identify opportunities for security posture improvements or to detect, investigate, and respond to threats is necessary.
You should have 4+ years of experience acting as a trusted advisor in a team setting, solving for short-term and long-term business value.
Coaching experience of 4+ years with other engineers or analysts is required.
