Remote Senior Security Engineer, Internal Tools

Description:

• The Senior Security Engineer will join the Information Security team at GameChanger to implement, manage, and resolve issues from internal security tools.
• Responsibilities include managing Endpoint Protection (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to ensure data and system integrity.
• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions seamlessly and fortify the organization's security posture.
• Tasks include automating alert collection, prioritization, audits, and controls, as well as responding to security incidents and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, particularly in security operations.
• Proven experience with EDR, DLP, and SIEM security solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Python or Bash) and infrastructure as code tools (such as Terraform).
• Strong understanding of operating systems, network protocols, architecture, and security vulnerabilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and experience with audits.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
