Remote Senior Security Engineer - Red Team (Remote-LATAM)

Description:

• Lead phishing campaigns to enhance security awareness within the company
• Perform security tests and assessments on internal and external systems, infrastructure, products, and applications
• Collaborate with the Blue Team to enhance monitoring and alerting rules
• Identify critical flows and implement best security practices
• Generate detailed reports and recommendations for security vulnerabilities
• Coordinate with various teams to prioritize actions and mitigate risks
• Develop automation tools for security assessments
• Support an internal vulnerability management program

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Security/Offensive security
• Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively with native and non-native English speakers
• Experience in conducting penetration tests, security assessments, and leading phishing campaigns
• Ability to write reports on vulnerabilities and suggest mitigations
• Familiarity with security methodologies and standards like CIS, NIST, Mitre ATT&CK, and OWASP
• Proficiency in automating tasks to scale security tests
