Remote Senior Security Platform Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Security Platform Engineer will design and deploy integrated security automation use cases using data from various sources.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to streamline security operations, developing custom automation solutions, implementing and testing these solutions, and maintaining them.
• The role also involves creating user documentation and developing automation playbooks for detection and response use cases.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have hands-on experience with enterprise cybersecurity platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, DLP, EDR, and cloud security tools.
• Experience in information technology operations, specifically in a Network Operations Center or Security Operations Center, is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or operations, or 1 year of experience designing cybersecurity automation playbooks using SOAR tools is necessary.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby, is essential.
